If you are here it means you are looking to start or grow your business! We have a few amazing resources that will help you get started or continue your growth…

1. First Things First:

You need to start THINKING like a successful entrepreneur. After all, that’s what this website is all about. I have put together a resource that lays out the thought process of one of America’s most successful entrepreneurs: Mark Cuban

Be sure to grab this guide on Mark Cuban’s 10 Mantras for Success. It talks about 10 mindsets you MUST have to be a successful entrepreneur today. Some are common sense, but a few of them will most definitely surprise you. But hey, the guy practically bleeds success. Can you afford NOT to listen him?

Have you created your own website yet? It has never been easier.

I have created a step-by-step guide for launching your own website for less than $4. Seriously! Check it out here.

We recommend using BlueHost, and then building out your website with WordPress. Again, check out our full instructions on how to get this set up.

3. Start growing an audience

Social-Media-Graphic

There are a lot of ways to get traffic to your new website, but the fastest way I know of is by utilizing social media! I have a FREE eBook available on “How to Quickly Grow an Audience On Twitter”. You may want to check that out here when you are ready to start sending people to your new website.

Also, check out some of my favorite social media marketing resources on the resources page.

4. Continuously learn!

books

One thing I’ve learned about business is that it is important to continuously learn. Below is a list of resources that I have used to educate myself on self-development & entrepreneurial success over the years:

Useful blogs

Ignited Leadership

IgnitedLeadership.com is run by my good friend Jason Connell, a highly sought after speaker and leadership trainer who spent his early twenties traveling the world and helping less fortunate individuals, and his mid-twenties building a successful business. With lots of real world experience as a leader, Jason has an overflowing amount of insight to share on life & leadership.

Addicted2Success

Addicted2Success.com is the website that inspired me to create Attitudes 4 Innovation. In just 2 and a half years, Joel Brown managed to hit over a million+ page views per month. Now, at age 4, Addicted2Success sees nearly 4 million page views per month and continues to share inspiring and useful stories/information.

StevePavlina.com

Steve Pavlina has created 1,000+ blog posts in his career and they each have an interesting twist on them. As one of the world’s premier personal growth bloggers, Steve has helped millions accelerate their own growth.

Mr. Self Development

MrSelfDevelopment.com is not updated as frequently as some of the other blogs we see, but it makes up for its lack of quantity with quality. I have no idea the name of the owner or the writer. He simply goes by the name “Mr. Self Development”. That is beside the point. Many of his articles are featured here on Attitudes 4 Innovation. And there is a reason for that…they are all GREAT!

Podcasts

EntrepreneurOnFire.com

I don’t listen to a whole lot of podcasts, but the John Lee Dumas has created a winner with Entrepreneur On Fire. You’ll notice quite a few elements on this website were modeled after Entrepreneur On Fire. Keep it up, John!

Smart Passive Income with Pat Flynn

Smart Passive Income is a fantastic show with one of the most genuine young guys you’ll find online. Pat Flynn interviews some of the smartest entrepreneurs on the internet on what they are doing to earn passive income today. He also was one of the first to display his income live on his website, so all his listeners could see how much he was making.

Startup Podcast

Startup is a unique podcast that features some interesting stories happening in the startup world. Although I have only listened to a few episodes myself, I have heard enough to see that it provides an extreme amount of value to a lot of people.

Social Media Marketing Podcast

Hosted by Michael Stelzner of Social Media Examiner, this weekly podcast dives deep into what’s working RIGHT NOW in the world social media, and how you can use it to grow your business.

Youtube shows

#AskGaryVee Show

The #AskGaryVee Show is one of the most entertaining yet educational shows on all of YouTube. Not only does the host, Gary Vaynerchuk, have an amazing sense of whit, but he is also one of the most intelligent entrepreneurs and marketers online. His predictions from 5-6 years ago are beginning to ring true, and more and more people jump on the Gary Vee bandwagon each day. I’m proud to call myself a Gary Vee supporter since 2008! The #AskGaryVee show is also available as a podcast in the iTunes tore.

The Dave Ramsey Show

Dave Ramsey’s southern style has stolen the heart’s of millions. He is truly one of America’s wisest financial minds and his “I don’t give a &*$#” attitude is truly entertaining. I have learned a lot by watching his short 5-8 minute clips on YouTube. His show is probably more well-known as a podcast in the iTunes store.
