3. Live focus groups
These platforms can also be a great place to collect data and information about your customers. Invite your followers to jump on and share their opinion and experience on certain things regarding your products, services, or that of other people in your industry.
Ask them to tell you what they do like, what they don’t like, and how they feel it could be improved. This is an easy, free and casual way to collect very valuable data on your market.
4. Live product demonstrations

People don’t pay attention to tweets and status updates much anymore but they are more than willing to hop on a video call to listen in to what you have to say. These can be great platforms to get the word out in an authentic, personal way.
6. Take your audience behind the scenes
Give your audience behind the scenes tours of your office! People are often curious as to what your business is all about and what goes into to creating your amazing products and services. Get personal and show them the set up. Introduce them to team members, show them the work stations, the break rooms, etc. Even if you work from home, you can still show them the home set up and how and where all your work gets done.
