7 Reasons Alex Morton Is So Successful In Network Marketing

Alex Morton is the world renowned 25 year old network marketing phenom. From across the globe his name is starting to ring home for anyone who is looking to succeed in the home based MLM industry. As one of the first 7 figure earners under the age of 25 ever in the industry, Morton has inspired millions with his words and actions.

Known for the revolution he leads called the Young People Revolution (YPR), Alex introduced the concept of network marketing to the college aged demographic for the first time ever. The MLM, network marketing industry has become popular among middle aged adults, particularly women, but had yet to gain any legitimate traction with the younger demographic. Morton changed all that.

With his charismatic speeches, and insane work ethic, Alex Morton managed to bring the concept of starting your own part time business to tens of thousands of young people across the world, and earned quite the buck doing so. Here are 7 reasons why he is so successful:

1. He works really hard

Above all, Morton has developed a reputation for being a fiercely hard worker. Although I don’t know him personally, many stories recall Morton working much harder than anyone around him and preaching that as one of his main reasons for success.

This is the story with all successful people, right? It just goes to show you that if you want to be the most successful person among your peers, you have to work the hardest. Hard work pays off and Morton surely is the perfect example of that.

2. He cares about his team

One of the most important elements in any business is that the leader must truly care about each and every member of their team. I don’t care if you have one employee, are the CEO of a fortune 500 company, or a high-ranking leader within a network marketing organization. If you don’t care about your people, your business will not be sustainable. As the old saying goes, “You don’t build the business. You build people, and the people build the business”.

Morton and his many team members have been notorious for preaching that very motto. And clearly, as history shows, it very much paid off.

3. He can handle the pressure

As I write this, Morton is one of the most scrutinized young leaders in the world of business. As someone who has been put on a pedestal by thousands of young, aspiring entrepreneurs, Morton is constantly under the microscope lens. For a 25 year old kid from a small town in Ohio, that’s a tremendous amount of pressure to handle. Let’s not forget that Morton is just half a decade out of his teens.

Nonetheless, he handles the pressure with great character. Although I’m sure it gets to him at times, he manages to come off cool and collected each time he is under the spotlight and continues to charge forward regardless of what others around him are saying.

4. He’s not afraid to take risks

As of late July, 2015, Alex Morton did the unthinkable. He switched companies from his first home in the MLM industry, Vemma, where he built his brand from scratch and helped hundreds of young people build part time and full time incomes, to a new company Jeunesse Global. When this first happened, it left Vemma is chaos. Although the leaders within Morton’s first company had been losing traction for over a year at that point, this seemed to be a major breaking point.

However, the loss of traction was Morton’s exact reason for switching companies. And although we don’t know ALL the reasons for his switch, we do know that his move from Vemma to Jeunesse was quite the hefty risk. Not only did he completely and immediately surrender his accounts and income with Vemma, leaving him income-less for the time being, but he also put himself on the line for thousands of individuals to scrutinize his decision.

50 Cent, abundance, Arnold S., attitude, attraction, billionaire, bio, blogging, business, career success, cash, change, company, confidence, determination, dream, effective habits, Eminem, energy, entrepreneur, failing, failure, financial, focus, get rich, goal setting, greatness, grind, hard work, how to accomplish your goals, how to achieve your goals, how to be productive, how to be successful, how to build your personal brand, how to create your own destiny, how to increase your productivity, how to make money online, how to meditate, how to reach your maximum potential, howard schultz, innovation, inspiration, investing, joel brown, john c. maxwell, john maxwell, law of attraction, learning, life, living a radiant life, mark cuban, Marshall Mathers, meditation, millionaire, mindset, money, motivation, net work, opportunity, persistent, personal development, personal growth, powerful, progress, prosperous, psychology, quotes, reading, riches, self development, self growth, Self-Esteem, Self-Image, skills, starbucks, startups, story, success, videos, wayne dyer, wealth

Needless to say, he really took a risk with this decision. But it was something that clearly was in his best interest at the time, and he certainly did it with the right intentions. In business, sometimes you have to make tough decisions and you’ll never know if it was the right decision until later down the road. We’ll find out…

5. He does his homework before making decisions

After the big move from Vemma to Jeunesse, many people claimed that Morton made a “spur of the moment”, poor decision by doing so. However, I have a feeling that a 7 figure earner would most likely not surrender tens of thousands per month on a spare of the moment decision. He’s much smarter than that, some come on, let’s have a little respect.

Later on, more of the story came out and it was clear that Morton put a lot of thought and took on great mentorship in making his decision. It reminds me of back in 2011 when Lebron made the big “Decision” on national television.

6. He builds a personal brand outside of his company

One of the reasons Alex Morton has been so successful and will continue to be successful in network marketing no matter what company he is with, is because he takes the time to build his personal brand outside of his company. Just as many CEO’s and founders do, Morton has a personal website and puts out plenty of content online that pertains to not only network marketing in general, but also self-development and motivation.

This will allow him to continue to thrive within the network marketing industry, as well as outside of the industry as a public speaker and businessman.

7. He’s refined his craft as a public speaker

One of the things that people have come to know Alex for are his motivating and inspiring talks. Having been up on stage and in front of crowds thousands of times, Morton has refined his speaking skills and has become one of the best young speakers you’ll find.

Public speaking is the #1 fear in America, so anyone that can get up on stage and inspire the audience, has the potential to move mountains. All in all, Alex Morton is an EXTREMELY talented and hard working young man and I’m excited to see what he does over the next few decades.

Interesting. I saw Alex speak at a Vemma convention. My daughter who was sitting next to me looked at me and mouthed “Hitler.” Not that he was a genocidal psychopathic dictator. I said back to her “I hope he uses his power for good and not evil.” I think he does. It was spooky the way the young people in the audience responded to and followed him. I think it’s funny that you say Vemma was left in chaos by him leaving. They weren’t happy with his method of leaving, sneaking away in the night is not very mature, it’s like breaking up with someone in a text message, but they were fine, and even with this FTC debacle they will thrive without him. And the expression is “spur of the moment” not “spare of the moment.”

I too, saw Alex Morton at our Vemma convention and watched the younger affiliates idolize him. All good, that’s what some folks do, especially at that age. But I have to agree with Carol Saha, Vemma was definitely surprised by Alex’s resigning but to say the company was in chaos is a far reaching & egotistic stretch, JMHO. I wasn’t taken with going to his periscope only to be ‘yelled at’ (seriously what occurred) “if you are here for Vemma, get out, get out now! This isn’t for you” by someone who usually ‘yo yo yo’d me to death’. I have been taught by my mentors, when I ‘win’ I own it but on the flip side, when I ‘lose’ I own THAT too so if Alex’s team was suffering, how is it that that is Vemma’s fault?!? Or the Alkazins fault?!? Or even, for that matter, Alex’s fault? We are each of us responsible for our own results and our up line are resources, not built in faults when things don’t go right. Vemma will survive the FTC debacle. The company’s products are second to none and I couldn’t care less where Alex chooses to work his ‘magic’. He is entitled to success just like the rest of us but Vemma existed before AM and Vemma will exist after AM and to give any more credit than that is wrong.
