    Thank you for this post!

I love the idea of not fearing failure because with failure comes so many lessons and consequently, better ideas. Also, the idea of setting huge goals is so important! I’m a firm believer that “if your dreams don’t scare you, they’re not big enough.”

Also, lot of businesses offer similar services or products and in this day-and-age, being innovative is essential. So many people settle for mediocrity and it’s just sad. However, it’s important that we don’t compete with other people but rather work more on improving the product/service offered to clients.

My belief is that if people say “that’s impossible!” or “how in the world are you going to do that?” then you’re doing something right. Some people might say this is being unrealistic but I hard work, determination and faith are enough.

I’m just starting out and I just wish more women started businesses! More women need to hear these words.

    Thanks again for sharing, Alex!

The best 2 topics mentioned by Larry page I truly support; adapt to change and follow your dreams. I’ve always dreamed about making enough income to do just that. That is why 1 1/2 years ago I started my eCommerce business on my home PC. I haven’t made any money yet but I keep managing my business every day until and after it finally takes off. One has to be adaptable to change which I did after working in civil engineering and land surveying for 37 years, I started my own business instead of working for someone. So that’s where I am today.

Solid article! Larry Page is a Modern day legend and inspiration! One thing I have learned about fear…I don’t have time for it!!! LOL.

Running a production company is fun. You know impending doom is always there but you don’t acknowledge it. Cove your bases…work hard and play harder!

Alex Hamm is on his way to becoming the next Larry Page!!! Keep up the great work!!!!
