This one is tough. I can’t stand Kanye or his ego. It’s one thing to believe in yourself, and another to have an oversized ego. My dad used to say “everyone puts their pants on the same way, one leg at a time”. I’m not saying you have to take anyone’s crap or stroke their ego. You have as much worth as anyone else. Do what you want? That won’t get you far. You have to be your own person, yes. But try no following the rules at a job. You’ll get sacked. Or try to not listen to your customers needs and just sell him what you think he needs. You will fail. I do like the part about not being afraid and lifting others up. The rest is a stretch.
