Episode 13- “How to Be a Leader That Propels Your Team To Success” – Chris Schenk

Earlier this week I had the pleasure of speaking with Chris Schenk, the founder and CEO of the The Schenk Organization. Chris is one of the most genuine guys you will ever hear speak, and is also quite the leader. His company primarily works in the fields of heath care and technology, among other things.

Chris has developed a reputation as an entrepreneur who is very good at identifying his team members’ strengths and then placing them in positions to flourish. While most business owners tend to place their team members in positions where they are most needed, Chris prefers to get to know his individual players, and discover where their passions and talents truly lay.

Listen in to this podcast, as Chris shares some of his tricks-of-the-trade as a former fortune 5 company slave turned passionate entrepreneurial leader, running a mid-level sized company and loving every minute of it.
