You may not like the sound of this one but exercise gets the chi flowing round your body and it releases natural ‘feel good’ neurotransmitters such as endorphins. You don’t need to run marathons or swim fifty lengths of a pool, just find an activity that resonates with you and set aside a few minutes everyday to do that, even if it’s just a stroll around park.
#7 Drink Plenty of H2O
Water really is the body’s best friend, and it’s a form of energetic life force. Drinking plenty of water will help your body flush out toxins and impurities and you’ll feel more energetic. Of course, there’s nothing wrong with indulging in the occasional sugary drink but water should be your beverage of choice. The healthier you feel, the higher your vibration will be.
