Every morning when I get to work I say “Good Morning” to my co-worker, her response is always “Better than some, greater than most”.
I’d never heard of that expression before but I held on to it since I liked the sound of it. Life is different for everybody and everyone takes information differently. I think we can all agree that it’s better to feel good than to feel horrible. If you feel like “life could be better”, then this short article is for you.
First of all, stop the pessimism. Winston Churchill once said, “A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.” Now, being an optimist doesn’t mean that nothing will get under your skin or that everything will go your way; being an optimist just means you see your cup in life as half full instead of half empty.

It’s easy to be like everyone else in life but it’s difficult to be yourself. Just a few simple, short exercises will help you enjoy these days on earth a little more. Keep in mind that your unique and wonderfully made.
1. Take a deep breath. Inhale then exhale.
2. Forgive yourself for all the regrets.
3. Forgive others for hurting you.
4. Tell yourself “I love myself.”
5. Be thankful for everything you have at the moment and expect more good things.
These are five easy steps to “feel better about your life”.
Remember that you’re an original and never will there be another like you. Your authentic and created to do marvelous things in life, don’t be complacent and conform to your environment. Make your environment better for the future.
