3 Great Ways to Jumpstart Your Day The Successful Way

There is a secret that all successful people know that I am going to share with you in this blog. Success does not happen because of luck. Success is an inside job it all begins with YOU!

Do you have a strategy for setting up your day or do you let overwhelm and frustration decide how your day will go? Pay attention because if you start your day doing these three simple steps, you will be following in the footsteps of people like, Tony Robbins, Jack Canfield, Natalie Ledwell, and many others who have revealed how they kick start their day. NOW YOU CAN TOO!

STEP 1: Before you jump out of bed, Rest in focused awareness! Give visualization a try.

To visualize is to recall an experience or form mental pictures in your mind. If you really want to manifest and attract what you want, it is important that you use your imagination first. All amazing inventions began first with a thought.

A fun way to use visualization is a game I like to play called “wouldn’t it be great”. The truth is, we all get awesome ideas and the people who are successful are the ones who follow through and take action. The average person will negate an idea within 17 seconds. The person will have an idea and will think for example, “I don’t have the money”, or “I am too young, I am not smart enough”.

If you let the thought you had flow to 34 seconds, a thought similar to it will come and if you let it flow for 68 seconds visualizing the best outcome and saying to yourself “wouldn’t it be great if…”, the how will show up.

Give it a try; program 68 seconds in your phone and play the game. Let your good feelings be your guide. Here is a link with the benefits of visualization http://www.positivethinking-toolbox.com/benefits-of-visualization.html

Step 2: Meditate

Meditating is to quiet your mind and being still in your body. There are so many benefits to meditating; I decided to do some research on common daily habits successful business owners have in common. I researched many well-known, highly respected, wealthy people and again and again saw they ALL meditate daily.

Meditation has been proven to help with mental and physical health. Meditation also increases productivity and cognitive functioning. It helps you clear your thoughts, find clarity, use your intuition, gain perspective, and increase self-awareness.

There are a few types of meditation styles: Mindfulness Meditation, Focused Meditation, Movement Meditation, Mantra Meditation, and so many more that a very helpful. Check it out: http://www.benefitsofmeditation.org/

Step 3: Exercise for 10 minutes.

Exercising for just 10 minutes has proven benefits to improve your health, cheer you up, and help you maintain a steady weight. Ten minutes of brisk exercise triggers metabolic changes that last at least an hour.

I noticed when I made a commitment to getting up earlier and exercising at least 10 minutes I was working out for up to an hour. This is because when you exercise you release happy hormones and your oxygen level goes up. I found that starting made me want to finish. I felt great and wanted more of that feeling. Want more proof check out this http://www.carryfitness.com/ten-minutes-exercise/

In conclusion I would like to say I apply these strategies to my mornings and I have had amazing results. I invite you to check them out and experiment with how your days change. Keep a journal or share in the comments what your morning ritual has been and how these tips helped you?

Here are just a few people who meditate daily: Oprah Winfrey, Russell Simmons, Bill Ford, and Ariana Huffington. What are your morning habits; post them in the comments below. Give these a shot I have been for years with awesome results.

This article serves as another enchanting, alluring, and empowering feature that I’ve noticed from the entire community of like-minded individuals who have posted here. I’m so happy to see this way of approaching not just success in business but in humans as a way to evolve and craft our minds into our fullest potential. The first things that came to mind when I read this was how the author so eloquently portrayed the “mind and soul” strengths that need a lot more attention and re-training in the modern, fast paced and eager world. In Westernized institutions and states around the world we notice so much impatience and self doubt that we rarely see social mobility in even the most economically sufficient states. Wether a country has embraced capitalism and diverse variations of it- such as the tones of socialist European economies and even more robust economic systems in smaller developing countries- the country that attempts to grow its business and democracy needs to understand that their cycles are finite. Their operators, also known as the citizens involved, need to understand that with a finite cycle it’s up to them to run the courses of their lives and their choices. This finite cycle isn’t complete by just pushing our bodies to the point of exhaustion, frustration, all of the aftermath from stress, no, it’s a triage of mind and body, and, the infamous soul we’ve failed to tend to for so long. Thank you so much for writing this piece and know that the effect of your encouragement and suggestions will travel far and wide. These aren’t old concepts, but we do truly need to be reminded and even re taught how to bring ourselves back in to balance.
